Weight Loss Goals

I think that you should always write down smart goals in order to meet your objectives. Within this page I will list my weight loss goals as I track them during my weight loss journey.

Goal 1: Reach 7 consecutive weeks of 210 min of exercise per week by swimming or weight lifting by end of Feb 2019.

Achieved on: February 2019
Comments: Fortunately for me this is the first goal achieved of hopefully many weight loss goals. It took me 8 weeks as I was short in the week I started, but it was manageable. Biggest challenge was to keep going while in the pool due to boredom. This should be sorted out once my player is back.

Goal 2: Reach a Body Fat % of 35% by weight lifting and cardio by end of 2019.

Achieved on: Not Achieved
Comments: I have failed to achieve this goal. Better said, I have failed miserably, but at least I made some progress with my weight loss. Even if it was not enough, it is better than stalling. Now it is time to increase my focus in 2020 to do better.

Goal 3: Reach 7 consecutive weeks of 420 min of exercise (cardio or weights) per week by Feb 2020.
