I think that you should always write down smart goals in order to meet your objectives. Within this page I will list my passive income goals as I track them during my passive income journey.
As you noticed, in my articles I am referring you to check out Investopedia as the source for the theory and I am that on PersonalGoals.Blog I can at least show you my journey along with each monthly financial update and passive income quarterly earnings report.
Goal 1: Reach 50,000 EUR invested in P2P Lending and Stocks/ETFs by saving and reinvesting our household income by the end of 2019.
Achieved on: December 2019
Comments: My investment portfolio is worth over 51,000 EUR since December 2019. You can check out my current investment portfolio for more details.
Goal 2: Reach an average of 7,200 EUR per year passive revenue stream from investments, real-estate, blog or other intellectual property revenue streams by June 2020.
Achieved on: End of 2020
Comments: I forgot to update this and it was achieved sometime in 2020, but I think it was note before June. Some delay here though.
Goal 3: Reach 100,000 EUR invested in P2P Lending and Stocks/ETFs by saving and reinvesting our household income by the end of 2020.
Achieved on: June 2021
Comments: If I consider all that I have invested, this is reached by VC, P2P, Stocks, ETF and without real-estate or the emergency fund.
Goal 4: Reduce the mortgage on the house to 150,000 EUR or under by saving from our household income without impacting the investment portfolio and by selling the apartment by the end of 2020.
Achieved on: Not Achieved
Comments: This is not achieved yet, but working on it. Most likely it will be done by end of 2021.
Goal 5: Reach an average of 20,000 EUR per year passive revenue stream from investments, real-estate, blog or other intellectual property revenue streams by June 2021.
Achieved on: Not Achieved
Comments:
End Game: Achieve my target portfolio.
I will update the S.M.A.R.T. details for this goal once I start achieving the rest of my passive income goals. Until then you can always check my current portfolio.
